Cavallo Cars was a British automotive manufacturer based in Leeds, Yorkshire, that operated from 1983 to 1985. The company focused on producing kit cars, with its most notable model being the Cavallo Estivo. This vehicle was designed as a convertible with four seats and a spacious boot, showcasing a distinctive and sharp styling that was characteristic of the early 1980s.

Despite its promising design, the Cavallo Estivo faced significant challenges due to its choice of donor vehicle. The car utilized the mechanical components from the BMC 1100/1300, which were considered inadequate for the performance expectations of a kit car. As a result, the company decided to withdraw the Estivo from the market to re-engineer it as a fully-built vehicle. However, this revised version never materialized, and Cavallo Cars ultimately ceased operations without reintroducing the model.
