Blake & Co. was a British automobile manufacturer active in the early 20th century, specifically from 1900 to 1903. The company was initially based in Hammersmith, London, before relocating to Kew, Surrey, in September 1901.

The firm specialized in the production of engines intended for use in various vehicles, including cars, light locomotives, and launches. Among its notable contributions to the automotive industry was the development of a 7-horsepower, 4-cylinder horizontal engine in 1900. The following year, Blake & Co. produced a rear-entrance tonneau model that featured two 4-horsepower, 2-cylinder engines positioned under a long bonnet, with the radiator covering most of the top.

Although Blake & Co. moved to Kew, it is uncertain whether the company manufactured any cars at that location, as its engine production continued at least until 1904. The company's brief existence highlights the early experimentation and innovation in the British automotive sector during that period.
