Beverley-Barnes was a British automobile manufacturer that operated from 1923 to 1931, primarily in London. The company was initially established as a partnership between Florimond Lenaerts and M. Dolphens, who had previously been involved in the production of Le Rhone aero-engines during World War I. The name "Beverley" was derived from the Beverley Brook, which flows through the southwestern London suburb of Barnes, where the factory was located.

The company began producing cars as a sideline to their machining work for other manufacturers, including Bentley. Their first model, the 24/80, featured a 3994cc single overhead cam straight-8 engine, which was claimed to produce 90 bhp. Despite its large size and luxurious design, the engine was noted for being rough and underpowered. In 1924, Beverley-Barnes introduced a larger engine of 4826cc, known as the 30/90, but only two units were produced. The company also showcased a model with an even larger engine of 5445cc at the Olympia Motor Show in 1927.

In 1926, the 24/80 was discontinued, and a smaller straight-8 model, the 2442, was introduced, although only one unit was made. The following year, the company launched the 22/90, which featured an enlarged engine design and a more streamlined body. However, the economic climate of the time hindered its success, and production was limited to just a few units. Throughout its brief existence, Beverley-Barnes produced a total of approximately 14 cars, of which only two are known to have survived.

The company also engaged in various engineering projects, including supplying engines for Sir Dennistoun Burney's Burney Streamline car and assembling units for Invicta. Despite its short-lived operation, Beverley-Barnes contributed to the automotive landscape of the era, with its vehicles reflecting the craftsmanship and engineering challenges of the time.
