Baguley Cars Ltd was an automobile manufacturer based in Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England, active from 1911 to 1921. The company was founded by Ernest Edward Baguley, a locomotive engineer who initially established the Ryknield Engine Company in 1903. This company, later known as the Ryknield Motor Company, produced trucks that were widely utilized by local breweries, including Bass, which was financially supported by A. Clay, a director of the brewery.

After a period of working with B.S.A., where he designed their first four-cylinder cars, Baguley returned to his roots in Burton and began manufacturing cars under his own name in the former Ryknield factory. The Baguley car was a conventional vehicle featuring a 3,306 cc 15/20 hp four-cylinder side-valve engine, a four-speed gearbox, and worm drive. It was available in open two- or five-seater configurations as well as a limousine variant. Additionally, a Colonial tourer was offered, designed with higher ground clearance for better off-road capability.

Despite the initial production of only 84 Baguley cars before World War I, the company attempted a revival after the war with the introduction of the AE20/25 hp model. This new model featured a slightly larger engine capacity of 3,530 cc, but retained much of the original design. However, it failed to attract significant interest in the postwar market, resulting in the production of only four or five units.
