Averies-Ponette Ltd was a British automobile manufacturer based in Englefield Green, Surrey, operational from 1911 to 1915. The company was founded by John Averies, who initially imported the French-built La Ponette single-cylinder cyclecar. This model was marketed under the names Averies or Averies-Ponette.
In early 1913, Averies-Ponette Ltd expanded its offerings by introducing a light car equipped with a 1050cc 8/10hp four-cylinder engine. This vehicle featured a three-speed gearbox and shaft drive. It was reported that this model was based on the design by Paul Dupressoir, and it is likely that the car was either built in England with a Rolling body or imported as a complete unit.
Despite its brief existence, Averies-Ponette Ltd contributed to the early automotive landscape in the United Kingdom during the early 20th century.
