Argyll was a British automobile manufacturer that operated from 1899 to 1928. The company was initially established as Hozier Engineering Co. Ltd. in Bridgeton, Glasgow, where it began producing vehicles. In 1905, the company rebranded as Argyll Motors Ltd., continuing its operations in Bridgeton until 1906, when it relocated to Alexandria-by-Glasgow.

During its years of production, Argyll was known for its engineering quality and produced a range of vehicles, including cars and commercial vehicles. The company returned to Bridgeton in 1915, where it continued to manufacture automobiles until its closure in 1928. Argyll's vehicles were characterized by their robust construction and innovative features for the time.
