Apollo was a British automotive brand active for a brief period from 1971 to 1972. Founded by Allen Pearce in Hornchurch, Essex, the company aimed to produce a unique sports car inspired by the Chevron Can-Am racing vehicles.
The Apollo featured a distinctive gull-wing coupe design, constructed using a space frame chassis that was mounted on a Volkswagen Beetle floorpan. The bodywork was made from fiberglass, contributing to the car's lightweight structure. Although the design included seating for four occupants (2+2 configuration), the Apollo never progressed to full production, and the intended kit form was never realized.
