Alexander & Co. was an early 20th-century automobile manufacturer based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Founded in 1908, the company aimed to produce a touring car powered by a 14/18 horsepower four-cylinder Gnome engine, utilizing a Rubury Owen chassis.
Despite the ambitious plans, Alexander & Co. encountered significant challenges related to production costs. Ultimately, the company was unable to move beyond the prototype stage, resulting in only one prototype being constructed. This limited production marked the brief existence of the brand in the automotive industry.
