Alberford was a British automotive brand established around 1924, associated with the Albert Bridge Garage located in Chelsea, London. The company specialized in modifying the Ford Model T, creating what they referred to as an "improved" version. This modified Model T featured an English clover-leaf body and racing wings, along with an overhead valve (OHV) engine and a special gear ratio that purportedly allowed it to reach a top speed of 75 mph (121 km/h).

Despite its enhancements, the Alberford was priced significantly higher than its contemporaries, with a new model costing £500 at launch. This price point was notably steep compared to the Aeroford, which ranged from £148 to £194. The high cost likely hindered sales, as evidenced by the garage's attempt to sell a brand-new example for £250 in February 1924, indicating a challenging market for the brand.
