G.A. Gustav Ericssons Automobilfabrik was established in 1905 in Stockholm, Sweden. The company was primarily known for its production of trucks but ventured into automobile manufacturing with the creation of a notable vehicle.
The most significant model produced by the company was the Ormen Lange, which translates to "Long Serpent." This vehicle was distinguished by its large size and was equipped with a six-cylinder engine, which was likely the first of its kind manufactured in Sweden. The design of the Ormen Lange featured a round radiator, reminiscent of the style used by the French automobile manufacturer Delaunay Belleville.
Although the production of the Ormen Lange was limited to a single example, it marked an important moment in the early automotive history of Sweden, showcasing the capabilities of local engineering and design during the early 20th century.
