Donosti was an automotive brand established in 1928 in San Sebastian, Spain, by the owner of Garage Internacional. Initially functioning as an agent for the American car manufacturer Moon, the garage also specialized in engine repairs. The brand's inception was marked by the design of a special vehicle intended for the 1923 Lasarte circuit race, although this project did not come to fruition.
The only model produced under the Donosti name was a sportscar that emerged in 1928. This vehicle featured a 3-litre, six-cylinder dual overhead cam engine, equipped with four valves per cylinder. The body of the car was constructed from aluminum and included two banquets for seating. Notably, the Donosti sportscar served as the pace car during the Grand Prix of San Sebastian in the same year it was completed. The vehicle has survived to the present day, representing a unique piece of automotive history from early 20th-century Spain.
