BTM LLC of Arizona was a specialist builder and restorer of Bill Thomas Cheetah cars based in Glendale, Arizona. Led by Bob Auxier, it focused on documenting, restoring, and certifying original 1963–1966 Cheetahs while offering “turnkey” continuation cars patterned on period specifications. The company presented itself as active from the 1990s.
Its continuation program centered on FIA-style Cheetahs with Chevrolet small-block power and period driveline layouts. A 327-powered specification with Rochester mechanical fuel injection, Muncie four-speed, and 3.55 independent-rear-suspension gears was advertised at about 360 hp, while an optional 396/427 package was quoted at roughly 600 hp. BTMLLC also showcased restoration work on documented originals, including the Clarence Dixon Cadillac L88 car and the Alan Green Chevrolet cars, and it maintained a timeline for the unfinished aluminum “Super Cheetah” prototype. As of 2025 the company indicated continuing activity, positioning the firm primarily as a continuation-car constructor and a repository of Cheetah history rather than a volume manufacturer.
