Towarzystwo Budowy Samochodów AS was a Polish automobile manufacturer based in Warsaw, active from 1928 to 1930. The company was founded by Czesław Zbieranski, who was the owner of Warsaw’s Autoworkshops, in collaboration with Jan Laski. The first prototype of their vehicle was completed in January 1928, and production commenced in March of the same year.

The company produced two main models: the Model S-1 and the Model S-2. The S-1 was primarily utilized for taxi services and was equipped with an 18 bhp 950cc Chapuis-Dornier engine. The S-2 featured a more powerful 1095cc Ruby engine, which was later replaced by a 24 bhp 1203cc CIME engine in subsequent versions. Both models shared a common chassis design, which included a 3-speed gearbox, semi-elliptic leaf springs, hydraulic shock absorbers, and four-wheel brakes. The S-2 had a top speed of 56 mph (90 km/h). The bodies of the vehicles were manufactured by Szydlowiecka Fabryka Powozów Braci Wegzeckich i Spółka.

Despite the initial production of approximately 50 cars in 1928, output dwindled to only 20 units in 1929 due to slow sales. The majority of the vehicles produced were configured as taxicabs rather than passenger cars. In January 1930, new ownership took over the company, leading to the refurbishment of existing cabs and the delivery of three new chassis. However, the onset of the Great Depression ultimately led to the company's closure within a few months.
