Breese, Lawrence & Moulton Motor Car & Equipment Co. was an early American automobile manufacturer based in Brooklyn, New York. Founded in the early 1900s by Sidney Breese and Charles Lawrence, the company initially focused on experimental racing cars. In 1905, they constructed a racing car priced at $12,000, which proved to be impractical for the market.

After the addition of Andrew Moulton to the team, the company introduced the Pirate Runabout. This model featured a 24-horsepower French-built Mutcl engine, shaft drive, and a minimalist two-seat body. Marketed as "The Greatest Runabout in the World," the Pirate Runabout was capable of reaching speeds of 70 mph (112 km/h) with appropriate gearing and was priced at $3,500. The company also offered a landaulette model at $4,500, although production numbers for both models were very limited.

In later years, Lawrence and Moulton ventured to Paris, where they developed the I.M. car. However, it is believed that only two units were produced, one for each of the founders.
