Grecav Auto Srl was an Italian manufacturer of microcars and agricultural machinery based in Gonzaga, province of Mantua. It was founded in 1964 through the merger of Fratelli Grespan S.n.c. (est. 1956) and Cavalletti S.n.c. (est. 1922). In 1991, Grecav acquired BMA, a maker of three-wheeled light vehicles.

Starting in 2000, Grecav introduced its Eke model—a small aluminum-bodied microcar powered by a 505 cc Lombardini twin-cylinder diesel engine producing around 4 kW and limited to approximately 45 km/h. The Eke was offered in multiple variants, including hatchback, pickup, station wagon, and a Piaggio-exclusive PK 500 edition. In 2009, the Sonique succeeded the Eke, featuring a refined aluminum body and the same Lombardini drivetrain, now with options such as alloy wheels, an electric sunroof, and leather seats.

Grecav was declared bankrupt in 2012, briefly resurrected, but ultimately succumbed again in 2013.
