Pars Khodro is an Iranian automobile manufacturer based in Tehran. The company was established in 1956 as Jeep Trading Company and later operated as Sherkat-Sahami Jeep, General Motors Iran, Sherkat Khodrosazi Iran, and Pars Khodro. Its early activities included importing Jeep Willys vehicles and parts, followed by licensed production of Jeep, Rambler, General Motors, Nissan, Renault, and Brilliance models. Pars Khodro is now part of the SAIPA Automotive Group.
