Elitewagen AG was a German automotive manufacturer based in Ronneburg, active from 1921 to 1923. The company initially focused on the production of the REXSIMPLEX 13/40PS, which it marketed under the name Elitewagen. However, the production of this model was limited.

Recognizing the growing demand for electric vehicles, Elitewagen AG shifted its focus towards the development of electric commercial vehicles, particularly those designed for municipal work.
