Ducommun was a German automotive manufacturer based in Mulhouse, Alsace, that operated from 1903 to 1904. The company specialized in the production of buses and trucks, but it also ventured into the passenger car market, albeit briefly.

During its short existence, Ducommun produced two models of passenger cars: a 12PS two-cylinder vehicle and a 24PS four-cylinder vehicle. These models reflected the early automotive engineering of the time, showcasing the company's capabilities in vehicle design and manufacturing.

The commercial chassis produced by Ducommun continued to be available until 1905, indicating a focus on utility vehicles.
