Garantie Mutuelle des Fonctionnaires SA, commonly referred to as G.M.F.SA., was a French automotive manufacturer active from 1986 to 1989. The company was based in Lognes-Torcy and was established to cater to a niche market in the sports car segment, primarily on behalf of a pension fund group.

The G.M.F.SA. SL, the brand's sole model, was unveiled at the 1986 Paris Salon. It was engineered by Michel Landois of S.O.V.RA. The design utilized the complete steel center body section of the Matra Murena, which allowed for the retention of its unique three-abreast seating arrangement. The vehicle featured a specially designed steel chassis, while the front and rear bodywork were constructed from plastic.

The G.M.F.SA. SL was offered with two engine options: a 2.5-liter V6 engine producing 200 horsepower and a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine generating 165 horsepower. Both engines were mounted amidships and were paired with five-speed gearboxes. Despite the development of three prototypes, the company did not proceed with a production run, leading to the brand's eventual discontinuation.
