Darnval was a French automotive manufacturer that operated briefly between 1972 and 1973. The company was based in Le Havre and was founded by Francis Lechbre and Vincent Mausset. Darnval focused on producing sports cars, with its primary model being the Darnval LM1.

The Darnval LM1 was designed as an affordable two-seater coupé, which utilized mechanical components sourced from Renault for its chassis. The vehicle featured a distinctive body made of fiberglass, contributing to its lightweight and sporty appearance. In addition to the standard model, a racing variant was developed, which featured a multi-tubular chassis constructed by the British firm Lenham.

Despite its short production run, Darnval aimed to offer a blend of performance and accessibility in the sports car market. However, the company ceased operations shortly after its inception, leaving a limited legacy in the automotive industry.
