Chevenet was a French automobile manufacturer that operated briefly from 1935 to 1936. Founded by M. Chevenet in Lyons, the company specialized in producing small, three-wheeled vehicles.
The Chevenet model was designed as a four-seater and was powered by a 500cc motorcycle engine. This engine drove a single rear wheel through a three-speed gearbox, which contributed to its compact design. In addition to the standard open four-seater configuration, Chevenet also offered the vehicle in cabriolet and saloon variants.
Despite its innovative design, Chevenet's sales were modest and primarily limited to the Lyons district. The company ceased operations shortly after its inception, marking a brief chapter in the history of French automotive manufacturing.
