Celtic was a French automobile brand that operated between 1927 and 1929. The company, known as Compagnie Générale de Voitures, was based in Paris and initially focused on producing small cars.

The flagship model, the Celtic, featured a four-cylinder engine that started with a displacement of 700cc, which was later increased to 1085cc. The vehicle was developed by a taxi operator who sought to diversify into the passenger car market. Alongside the Celtic, the company also produced a larger model known as the Classic, which primarily served as a taxi.

Despite its efforts to enter the passenger car segment, the Celtic made little impact in the automotive market and the brand ceased operations shortly after its inception.
