One of the notable models produced by Bourguignonne was the Bourguignonnevoirurette, which featured a 3-horsepower single-cylinder Gaillard engine. This engine was designed to be air-cooled, but it included a mechanism that allowed for a spray of water to be activated onto the cooling fins in case of overheating. The vehicle was equipped with wheel steering and had a four-speed transmission, which was operated using fast-and-loose pulleys, reflecting the innovative engineering of the time.

Despite its short existence, Bourguignonne contributed to the early development of automotive technology in France.
