Auverland SA was a French automobile manufacturer based in Saint-Germain-Laval, known for producing a range of 4x4 vehicles and microcars. The company was established in 1984 when it acquired the assets of the defunct Courniol factory. Initially, Auverland focused on producing similar 4x4 models to those previously manufactured by Courniol.

The first model range introduced by Auverland was the SCII, which was available in both short and long wheelbase configurations. This model utilized engines from Renault and Peugeot, offering a choice of petrol and diesel options. The second model range was the A series, which featured a redesign by Benoit Contreau, incorporating more comfortable suspension and some plastic bodywork. The A series also came in short and long wheelbases and was powered by SOFIM diesel or Fiat petrol engines.

In 1988, the A series was renamed the A2, and it was subsequently joined by the A3, a redesigned 4x4 model that maintained the option for different wheelbase lengths and a variety of body styles. The A3 was powered by a Peugeot 1.9-litre diesel engine, with later options including a 2.1-litre diesel and a 1.6-litre petrol engine. In 1991, Auverland expanded its offerings with a two-wheel drive model, and in 1998, it launched a longer wheelbase version known as the A4.

In 1996, Auverland diversified its product line by introducing the A5, a microcar designed for the French sans permis class, which allowed drivers without a full license to operate the vehicle. The A5 featured a small polyester hatchback body for two passengers, independent suspension, and rear-mounted Lombardini 505cc twin-cylinder diesel engine, driving the rear wheels through an automatic gearbox. As of the last known updates, Auverland's product range included the A3, A4, and A5, and the company also produced a series of military vehicles under the name Sovamag since 1988.
