Gorm

1917-1917

Gorm was a Danish automobile manufacturer established in 1917 by Karl J. Smidt in Copenhagen. The company produced vehicles for a brief period, focusing on small cars that catered to the local market.

The Gorm automobiles were powered by a 6.5 horsepower four-cylinder engine, which was believed to be of foreign origin. The vehicles featured wire wheels and were available in both two-seater and four-seater configurations.

Despite its innovative approach, Gorm's production was limited, with approximately 20 units built before the company ceased operations. The short lifespan of the brand reflected the challenges faced by small manufacturers in the early 20th century automotive industry.
