Holba a spol, a.s., was a company in Vsetín, Czech Republic. From May 1997 it built the A3 off-road vehicle under licence from Auverland, along with the extended A3L and A3SL versions. The vehicles used Peugeot 1.9-litre diesel engines of 68 to 90 hp and reached 120 to 130 km/h. Assembly began with French parts.
