Havel Buggy, formally Havel-Buggy, s. r. o., was a family company based in Prague-Řepy, Czechia. Milan Havel founded it in 1988 without foreign capital, and about a quarter of its twelve employees were family members. It built small racing buggies and by 2001 had produced nearly 1,500 of them.
