Its head office is in Central, Hong Kong, and its registered office is in Hamilton, Bermuda. The company’s operations are mainly connected with the Chinese market, where it participates in BMW vehicle production through BMW Brilliance Automotive and in non-BMW vehicle and component activities through subsidiaries including Jinbei (Shenyang) Automotive, Ningbo Yumin Machinery Industrial, Mianyang Brilliance Ruian Automotive Components, and Brilliance BEA Auto Finance.

Brilliance China’s vehicle activities cover BMW passenger cars and sport-activity vehicles made in China through BMW Brilliance, alongside Jinbei light commercial vehicles and minibuses. The BMW Brilliance range includes locally produced models such as the BMW 5 Series LWB, i5, 3 Series, i3, 2 Series Gran Coupé, X1, iX1, X3, iX3, and X5. Jinbei products include the Haise, Haise King, New Express, Grand Haise, and new-energy models such as the Jiyun E6 and E9.
