Chatham Motor Car Co. Ltd. was an automobile manufacturer based in Chatham, Ontario, Canada, that operated from 1906 to 1909. The company initially produced vehicles powered by 20/22 horsepower air-cooled flat-twin Rervcs engines. These early models featured epicyclic gearboxes and shaft drive systems, and many components were likely imported.

By the summer of 1907, Chatham Motor Car Co. transitioned to water-cooled engines, introducing a more conventional model equipped with a vertical 4-cylinder engine generating 25 horsepower. The bodies for these vehicles were supplied by William Gray & Sons Ltd., also located in Chatham, which later became known for producing the GRAY-DORT car.

In early 1908, the company faced legal challenges when it was sued by a Detroit parts supplier, presumably over patent infringements, although specific details of the case remain unclear. Following this, the company reorganized and began producing a larger 4-cylinder model with a 30-horsepower engine. Production of these vehicles continued until late 1908 or early 1909, with an estimated total of 75 to 100 units manufactured. In 1910, the factory was acquired by the ANHUT Motor Car Co. of Detroit, although no Anhut cars were produced at the Chatham facility.
