Companhia Industria Santa Matilde was a Brazilian automobile manufacturer based in Rio de Janeiro. The company produced a 2+2 sports coupé featuring a glassfibre body mounted on a conventional chassis. The car used Chevrolet mechanical components and was equipped with a four-speed gearbox. From 1980, disc brakes were fitted as standard equipment.
