Carrosserie Emmel was a Belgian automotive manufacturer active from 1925 to 1926, based in Brussels. The company specialized in converting the Ford Model T, similar to other Belgian firms such as Speedsport and De Wandre.
Under the leadership of coachbuilder M. van de Waele, Emmel modified the Ford chassis by lowering it and enhancing the engine with a Ricardo head. This engineering approach allowed the vehicles to achieve notable performance, with open models capable of exceeding speeds of 60 mph (97 km/h).
Emmel produced both closed and open body styles during its brief existence, contributing to the diversity of the Model T's adaptations in Belgium. Despite its short operational period, Carrosserie Emmel exemplified the innovative spirit of early 20th-century automotive craftsmanship in the region.
