ALP was a Belgian automobile manufacturer active from 1919 to 1921, based in Brussels. The company was founded by André Leroux, a French national, and Andri Pisart, a Belgian, who had met during World War I. The partnership aimed to produce light cars, with Leroux responsible for the design.

The vehicles produced by Alp Leroux-Pisart were equipped with an 1846 cc four-cylinder side-valve engine, sourced from either Ballot or Decolange. The chassis was provided by Djle et Bacalan, and the cars featured a distinctive radiator design reminiscent of Rolls-Royce models. The initial pricing strategy set the cost at BM800, which was competitive with the Fiat 501, considered their main rival. However, this pricing proved to be unsustainable, leading to financial difficulties despite some sales.

In 1920, a financial group known as SOMEA acquired the design and continued production under the name Leroux-Pisin for a brief period. The following year, André Leroux departed to join Citroën, and SOMEA subsequently hired Paul Bastien to design a new vehicle, which was launched as the SOMEA.
