Gloria Automobilfabrik was an Austrian automobile manufacturer based in Brunn, active from 1932 to 1938. The company was founded with the intention of producing innovative vehicles, and its early designs included the Gloriette, which featured a 4/20 PS engine and a backbone frame. This model was conceived by designer Hans Pitzek, but financial difficulties hindered its full development.
In 1934, the company introduced a new model named Gloria, which was produced in limited quantities until 1938. Despite its short operational period, Gloria Automobilfabrik contributed to the automotive landscape of its time, reflecting the challenges faced by small manufacturers in the pre-war era. The brand ultimately ceased production, leaving behind a brief but notable legacy in Austrian automotive history.
