Alpha Sports Productions was an Australian automotive manufacturer based in Adelaide, South Australia, active from 1973 to 1975. The company was primarily known for constructing competition vehicles, including the Model 330 Formula 3 and the 340 racing clubman.
In 1963, Ray Lewis, along with his partner Mr. Ivy, initially built a series of Bacchus clubman cars. Later, designer Rory Thompson joined the team to develop the Model 310, which was intended for road use. This model featured a 66cc Toyota Corolla engine and transmission, Triumph Herald front suspension, and Morris Minor rack and pinion steering, all mounted on a tubular space frame. An optional Ford Cortina engine was also available. Despite the positive reception of the Model 310, the production was limited to around 40 units, and the venture ultimately resulted in financial losses for the company.
