Industrias Kaiser Argentina (IKA) was an automotive manufacturer based in Córdoba, Argentina, which began producing Jeep vehicles in 1956. In 1960, IKA introduced the Estanciera, a station wagon variant based on the Jeep design. The Estanciera was equipped with a 3,707 cc, six-cylinder engine, catering to the needs of the Argentine market during a time of limited vehicle availability.
Initially, the Estanciera experienced strong sales, with a total of 44,147 units sold between 1960 and 1965. However, as the automotive landscape evolved and more sophisticated vehicles became accessible to consumers, the demand for the Estanciera declined. By the end of its production run in 1970, only 415 units were manufactured, marking a significant drop in its popularity. The Estanciera remains a notable example of IKA's contribution to the Argentine automotive industry during its operational years.
