The Argentine Auto Union was an automotive manufacturer based in Santa Fe, Argentina, operational from 1959 to 1969. It was established as a subsidiary of the German Auto Union, producing vehicles that closely resembled their German counterparts. The company primarily focused on the production of the Auto Union 1000, a four-door saloon that featured a 3-cylinder, 2-stroke 980cc engine.

In addition to the Auto Union 1000, the company expanded its lineup to include the 'Combi DKW Auto Union,' a versatile vehicle designed for various uses. The Argentine Auto Union also introduced a sporty coupé, which was designed by the Italian coachbuilder Fissore, although it was powered by the same 980cc engine as the other models. Throughout its production run, the Auto Union 1000 achieved a total output of 21,797 units, while the Fissore sports version saw a more limited production of 700 units.

Despite its relatively short existence, the Argentine Auto Union contributed to the local automotive industry during a period of significant change and development in Argentina.
