Every example will be hand-formed by master artisans, engineered to within 2mm tolerances, and tailored to its owner. From bespoke paint finishes to roof configurations, no two cars need be alike. As Head of Design Matteo Gentile reveals, inspiration came from the great white shark – a study in strength, speed, and streamlined efficiency. The result is a car that merges heritage with innovation, sculptural elegance with aerodynamic purpose.

Crafted, Not Manufactured

Inside, the Veloce12 Barchetta is wrapped in fine full-grain leather and Alcantara, every stitch and surface designed to engage the senses. Switches offer tactile resistance, knurled dials feel purposeful, and brushed metals cool under the fingers.

Personalization is central: leathers, finishes, colors, and stitching can be selected to mirror each owner’s taste, whether understated or expressive. The interior is not just a cockpit but a place of harmony – where craftsmanship, comfort, and Italian design converge.

The V12 Symphony

At its heart lies a naturally aspirated 65-degree 5.5-liter V12, optimized with a PWR cooling system and Supersprint exhaust for an estimated 503 hp – 25 more than its original specification. With the roof down, the orchestra of twelve cylinders is unfiltered, conducted via a six-speed manual gearbox.

Converted from a donor coupe, the Barchetta’s chassis is reinforced with carbon fibre for modern torsional stiffness. A bespoke adaptive suspension system, developed with TracTive, ensures versatility – from relaxed cruising to demanding mountain roads. Brembo’s high-performance brakes and lightweight wheels designed by Touring Superleggera complete the driver-focused package.

Founded in 1926, Touring Superleggera defined coachbuilt elegance for marques like Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Aston Martin, Maserati, and Lamborghini. Though closed in 1966, the name was reborn in 2006, producing celebrated designs such as the Disco Volante and Berlinetta Lusso.

In 2024, Touring launched the Veloce12 coupé, limited to just 30 units. The Barchetta now follows as its open-air counterpart, with the first deliveries scheduled for Fall 2026.
