Announced in 2006, the Concept Climax, as it was initially named, was presented and raced at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2007. However, the brainchild of Simon Long and Marcus Rayner, this speedster car soon after went into oblivion. Until now. The project renamed as Climax Cafe Racer was relaunched at the Coventry Motofest on May 30-31. The team now announced the secured agreement with Subaru as the partner engine supplier what hopefully ensures the successful start of production to begin soon. The 500hp racing sportscar should be quite promising one and we will bring more details as they become available.
