On June 9, 2025, Aston Martin unveiled the Valkyrie LM—an ultra-exclusive, track-focused hypercar designed to deliver the closest possible experience to competing in the top class of endurance motorsport. Limited to just ten units globally, the Valkyrie LM offers private owners a rare opportunity to drive a car derived directly from Aston Martin’s 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) and IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship contender.
The Valkyrie LM is powered by the same Cosworth-built, 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine used in the racing version. Tuned to a regulation-limited 520 kW (697 bhp), the engine features lean-burn technology and is recalibrated to run on readily available fuels for private use. The car maintains the race-spec sequential seven-speed transmission, pushrod suspension system, and a lightweight chassis composed of advanced carbon fiber materials. Pirelli, Formula One’s tyre supplier, provides bespoke track tyres.
Designed as a non-homologated variant, the Valkyrie LM features minimal modifications from its competitive sibling. Adjustments focus on usability and safety for private owners, including removal of FIA-mandated electronics and torque sensors, a bespoke cockpit interface, and an optimized driver environment with a six-point harness, fire suppression system, and race-spec seating.
Each Valkyrie LM owner will be enrolled in an exclusive, fully-managed driver development programme. The initiative includes simulator training, track walks, classroom briefings, and one-on-one coaching by professional driver instructors. Vehicles will be maintained and transported by Aston Martin and made available on a ‘fly-in-and-drive’ basis. The programme spans three supported track days at Formula One-grade circuits and culminates in an end-of-year event at Aston Martin’s Gaydon headquarters.
Deliveries of the Valkyrie LM are scheduled for Q2 2026, in time for the start of the immersive track experience. The programme also includes personalized racing equipment, luxury accommodation, and chauffeur services.
With the Valkyrie LM, Aston Martin extends its Le Mans legacy to a new generation of drivers, offering an experience that bridges private ownership and professional endurance racing.
