The Aspark OWL Roadster marked the third chapter in the OWL series, following the original OWL and the record-breaking SP600. Presented as more than a hypercar, it embodied Aspark’s philosophy of “creating new value that does not yet exist,” blending state-of-the-art electric performance with the timeless appeal of a roofless driving experience.

The OWL Roadster inherited the design language of its predecessors but introduced an open-top configuration, allowing drivers to fully engage with their surroundings. The body was constructed entirely from carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), incorporating aircraft-inspired honeycomb structures for an ideal balance of lightness and rigidity. Aerodynamics were a central focus, with flowing lines shaped to maintain both elegance and efficiency. A variable-angle rear wing provided active aerodynamic control, adjusting automatically to optimize performance at different speeds.

Inside, the cabin paired Alcantara, premium leather, and exposed CFRP elements to achieve a refined yet performance-oriented aesthetic. Every surface, from the seats to the dashboard, could be customized in color, leather choice, and stitching, ensuring that no two cars were exactly alike. The result was a bespoke interior that reflected each owner’s vision.

Performance remained at the core of the OWL Roadster. Independent four-wheel motor control provided instantaneous torque distribution, giving the car exceptional responsiveness. Carbon-ceramic discs with aluminum calipers offered strong and consistent braking performance, while an adjustable hydraulic suspension maintained stability at high speeds. The formula-style seating position placed the driver extremely low to the ground, intensifying the connection with the road. The open roof enhanced the sensory experience, allowing the driver to feel the changing wind, temperature, and even the texture of the road surface.

Each OWL Roadster was assembled by hand, with meticulous attention to detail at every stage of production. Advanced quality management systems such as PPAP, FMEA, and DVP&R ensured reliability and safety. Production was limited to just 20 examples worldwide, making it one of the rarest hypercars of its generation.

The world premiere of the Aspark OWL Roadster was scheduled for Prestige Salon Automobile Lyon 2025, where it would be displayed alongside the OWL and SP600. This marked the first time the entire OWL lineup appeared together, offering a complete view of Aspark’s evolution in electric hypercar design.

With the OWL Roadster, Aspark aimed not merely to chase performance numbers but to create a machine that transformed everyday drives into extraordinary experiences. It represented a continuation of Aspark’s mission to push boundaries and deliver moments that could be felt, not just measured.
