Goff was a small automotive manufacturer founded around 1956 by Charles Goff in Texarkana, Texas. The company specialized in producing a unique sports car known as the Goffin, which was available in both kit and assembled forms.
The Goffin featured a fiberglass body and was designed to accommodate five passengers. It utilized running gear from the 1939 Ford, which provided a reliable foundation for the vehicle. In 1956, the price for the fiberglass body alone was set at $600, while a complete running car was offered for $1,500. An optional fiberglass top was also available for customers seeking additional protection from the elements.
Despite its brief existence, Goff contributed to the niche market of fiberglass-bodied sports cars during the mid-20th century, reflecting the era's interest in lightweight and innovative automotive designs.
