Eshelman was a small-volume automobile manufacturer based in Baltimore, Maryland, active from 1953 to 1960. Founded by Chester L. Eshelman, the company specialized in producing compact vehicles designed primarily for children or a single adult.

The first model introduced by Eshelman was the Sportabout, which featured a tall top and was powered by a Briggs & Stratton engine. However, the company's most successful model was the SportCar, launched in 1955. This single-person roadster was designed for short trips around neighborhoods and measured only 54 inches (1370 mm) in length. It was equipped with a 3 horsepower Briggs & Stratton engine and had the unique capability of being adapted into a riding lawn mower.

Eshelman's focus on small, practical vehicles reflected a niche market during its operational years, but the company ceased production in 1960.
