Eagle Automobile Company was an American automobile manufacturer based in Rahway, New Jersey, that operated from 1905 to 1907. The company produced a limited range of vehicles during its brief existence, focusing primarily on four-cylinder models.
In 1906, Eagle introduced a 20/24 horsepower model, followed by a more powerful 30 horsepower variant in 1907. It is believed that both models utilized a similar engine design, with the latter version featuring slight enhancements. The vehicles were characterized by their chain final drive and were offered exclusively as five-seater tourers.
The company was co-founded by Frank and Edwin Vandewater, who later went on to develop the Correja car. Despite its short operational period, Eagle Automobile Company contributed to the early automotive landscape in the United States.
