Duesenberg Motors, Inc. was a manufacturer based in Elroy, Wisconsin, known for producing high-quality replicas of the classic Duesenberg automobiles. The company, which operated under the name Elite Heritage Motors Corp. and later Fall Motors Ltd., focused on creating a full lineup of five distinct Duesenberg models. These included the Model J Speedster, Royalton Phaeton, Torpedo Roadster, Torpedo Phaeton, and Murphy Roadster.

The replicas were built on Ford running gear and featured a 5700cc V8 engine paired with an automatic transmission. To enhance driving comfort and performance, the vehicles were equipped with disc brakes, air conditioning, and power steering. Although the bodies were constructed from fiberglass, the design and detailing of the trim and wheels were crafted to closely resemble the original models, providing a convincing aesthetic.

The pricing of these replicas ranged from $125,000 in 1984 to $195,000 in 1999, which contributed to relatively low production numbers. Despite the high cost, the meticulous attention to detail in the replicas appealed to collectors and enthusiasts of classic automobiles.
