Coey C.A.C. was an American automobile manufacturer based in Chicago, Illinois, that operated during two distinct periods: from 1901 to 1902 and again from 1913 to 1917. The company was founded by Charles A. Coey, who initially focused on producing electric and petrol runabouts. The petrol models were equipped with 5-horsepower two-stroke engines. Although the exact production numbers remain uncertain, it is known that at least ten electric vehicles were completed, and by 1902, Coey was offering these vehicles for hire.

In addition to his manufacturing efforts, Coey established the C.A. Coey School of Motoring and served as the Chicago agent for the Thomas Flyer, which contributed to his prominence in the automotive industry. After a brief hiatus, Coey resumed car manufacturing with the introduction of the Coey Flyer, a larger vehicle available with either 4- or 6-cylinder engines, the latter boasting a displacement of 6.3 liters and built on a 128-inch (3,251 mm) wheelbase.

The Coey Flyer lineup was expanded to include smaller models, such as the 9-horsepower two-cylinder Coey Junior and the 12-horsepower four-cylinder Coey Bear. In 1914, the Coey Junior was upgraded and rebranded as C.A.C. However, the company faced challenges and was ultimately absorbed by the Wonder Motor Truck Company in 1916, which continued to produce a smaller version of the Flyer for one additional year before ceasing operations.
