Adria Motor Car Corporation was an American automobile manufacturer based in Batavia, New York, that operated briefly from 1921 to 1922. The company aimed to produce affordable yet aesthetically pleasing vehicles, introducing the Adria model, which featured a unique three-section chassis and cross springs. This design was somewhat similar to that of the Parenti, a contemporary vehicle.

The Adria was powered by a 2,932 cc Supreme L-head engine, which produced 396 bhp at 2,200 rpm. It was built on a 120-inch (3,046 mm) wheelbase and offered as a five-passenger touring car, priced at $1,495. The vehicle was available with wooden artillery spoke wheels or optional wire wheels. Although Adria had plans to expand its lineup to include a roadster and a sedan, these models were never realized due to the company's financial difficulties.

Adria faced legal challenges, including a lawsuit from Parenti for patent infringement, which temporarily halted production. The financial strain from this lawsuit, combined with the economic downturn of the early 1920s, ultimately led to the company's demise. Production was limited, with only an estimated 20 to 40 vehicles completed before the company ceased operations.
