MG

MG is a car brand owned by SAIC Motor. The marque originated in Morris Garages in Oxford in 1924, with Cecil Kimber associated with the early MG sports cars. Today the brand operates as part of SAIC’s passenger-vehicle business and is used internationally for electric, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and petrol vehicles. Its European operations describe MG vehicles as developed through SAIC design work in Shanghai with cooperation from an advanced design studio in London, and produced in China.

MG’s current European range includes the MG Cyberster, MG IM6, MGS6 EV, MG IM5, MGS5 EV, MG4 EV Urban, MGS9 Plug-In Hybrid, MG4 EV, MG HS Plug-in Hybrid, MG HS Hybrid+, MG ZS Hybrid+, MG3 Hybrid+, MG HS, MG ZS, and MG3. The lineup covers hatchbacks, SUVs, sedans, roadsters, and electrified family vehicles. Key models include the electric MG4 EV, the Cyberster electric roadster, hybrid versions of the MG3 and ZS, and plug-in hybrid HS and S9 models.
