G.R.S. Cars was a British automotive manufacturer based in Witham, Essex, that operated from 1982 to 1989. The company was established by GINET1A and introduced its first model, the Tora, which was a kit-built estate car. The Tora was distinctive for its use of the Hillman Hunter as a donor vehicle, incorporating its doors, windscreen, interior, and mechanical components.
The design of the Tora was influenced by the Matra Rancho, featuring a galvanised steel ladder frame chassis and a fibreglass body. In 1989, G.R.S. Cars announced a new variant known as the Tora 2, which was based on the Ford Cortina and featured a four-door configuration. However, this model marked the conclusion of the company's production activities.
