Foulkes Developments Ltd was a British kit car manufacturer based in Dartmouth, Devon.
The company was notable for producing the Impala, a utility kit car recognized as the first British kit to use the Fiat 500/126 as its base vehicle. The Impala featured a simple one-piece fibreglass body mounted on a ladder chassis, with optional weather equipment available. Early examples of the model featured squared wheel arches, while versions produced after 1984 were fitted with round arches instead.
In 1987, Foulkes developed a prototype Ford-based 2+2 coupé, though this project did not progress beyond the prototype stage.
