Fleur de Lys Automobile Manufacturing was a British automotive company based in Newark, Nottinghamshire, that operated from 1983 to 1994. The company emerged following the closure of the Albany brand, capitalizing on the growing interest in vintage-style vehicles. Fleur de Lys initially focused on producing a range of commercial vehicles branded as Newark, which were designed to evoke a classic aesthetic.

In 1991, the company expanded its offerings by introducing a passenger version of its vehicles, known as the Landaulet. This model was part of a broader strategy to appeal to consumers interested in vintage designs. Subsequently, Fleur de Lys launched additional models under the names Lincoln and Belgravia, further diversifying its product lineup.

In 1992, Fleur de Lys acquired the Evante concern, aiming to enhance its market presence. However, the company faced financial difficulties and ultimately became overstretched, leading to its decline. Despite its short-lived existence, Fleur de Lys contributed to the niche market of vintage-style automobiles during its operational years.
